Online Therapy

Therapy and coaching do not have to be face-to-face for it to be effective!

 

Online therapy and coaching sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or desired space. All you need is a device with a good WiFi connection or data, where you can use the Zoom or Skype app.

 

You still get all of the benefits that you would get from face-face of therapy and coaching. I have always offered online therapy and coaching in addition to face-to-face therapy and coaching, as this can be more accessible for some clients. Online therapy is usually convenient. Since you will be attending therapy sessions online in the comfort of your own home or office, we can work together to try to schedule your therapy or coaching sessions for times that are the most convenient for you, as the client.

 

Once booked in you will be sent a link where you can click on to access your scheduled appointment. You must ensure that you can place the device in a secure place (desk or table surface) during the session.

 

All initial telephone consultations are free with no obligation to book in for sessions. Where possible I will always offer advice and suggest apps that may be able to help, depending on each client’s needs.

Please note that hypno-analysis cannot be done online. I always advise clients during our initial telephone consultation what type of therapy would be most suitable, and whether it is best to wait for face-to-face appointments or pursuit online therapy.

 

Covid-19 update

Due to current restrictions around coronavirus I am only working online, following government guidelines and advice. However, I am taking bookings for children and adult face-to-face therapy at my clinic, once this can resume. If you wish to be added to the waiting list, please do get in touch. Thank you to all of my clients, both existing and new that continue to work with me or are waiting for therapy or coaching.
